"Ifsahi" is a digital platform designed to simplify the completion of medical disclosure forms required by insurance companies in Saudi Arabia. It provides tools for data entry, signing, stamping, and exporting. It does not offer insurance or advisory services and is not a party to the insurance relationship.
-Create a new account and choose a suitable plan (start with the free one). -Add your organization's stamp in the "Organization Stamps" section. -Choose how to fill in the data (manually or by uploading an Excel file). -Review the data and export the disclosures. -Select the signing method and choose the desired stamp. -Download the disclosures as a compressed ZIP file when finished.
Yes, you need to create an account to use the platform's services.
Yes, you can edit the data as long as the disclosure has not been exported ("form not yet created").
The platform provides an automated validation system, but the user is responsible for data accuracy.
An SMS is sent to the employee’s mobile phone containing a secure link to the disclosure form. The employee signs it electronically, and the signed disclosure is automatically recorded within the platform, including the date and time. Once signed, it cannot be modified.
It’s the official stamp of your organization added to your account and used when exporting disclosures.
After review and signing, you can export all disclosures in a compressed PDF ZIP file.
